#1. Heathered Henley with linen shorts and slip on shoes.
This is our go to toddler outfit for Sundays in the summer time. It feels like everyday wear but your little man will look handsome and fancy enough while still having freedom to crawl, climb, run and generally be a wild animal.
Here’s some INSPO for this style:
Something like this is SO handsome and your two year old will be looking like a tiny gentleman without hating his life. #summertoddleroutfitideas
These shorts are light weight and your toddler can put them on by themselves for when they are in that super independent phase.
These shoes might not be super fancy, but if you get them in black, no one will look long enough to notice if they are fancy black church shoes or just regular slip-ons.
#2. Tan joggers with a block style shirt
So yes, these are just straight up joggers, but if you get them in the right color they look like khakis- which makes them amazing and can spur LOTS of toddler fashion ideas not just for church. Joggers will not be as stiff as actual khakis and these don’t have buttons or zippers to haggle over. Just pull them up and go. The block style shirt is listed simply because I LOVE how big my toddlers look in this style. Again, the goal is to make your toddler look presentable while maintaining his comfort level.
Here is some INSPO for this look:
With pants like these, you and your toddler can both be pleased. He looks snazzy for your Sunday pic, AND he feels cozy while he crawls under the pews and tosses crayons at unsuspecting church goers.
This type of shirt is great for fall/winter months and looks really cute paired with tan joggers. It’s soft, not itchy, and the sleeves aren’t too tight. Cuz toddlers and tight sleeves usually ends with one of us in tears. #toddlerboyfalloutfits
These slip-ons go really well with the faux khakis. #kidsshoes
#3. Sweater top with linen pants
I love a good sweater look for when you need your toddler to look put together but they won’t tolerate a traditional white button down collard shirts. And these linen pants are seriously the do-it-all toddler pants that every toddler mom needs (seriously the toddler fashion ideas with these pants in endless). If you pair a white sweater with the black linen pants, you still get the standard white top, black bottoms that many people want for church- but with WAY more comfort.
Here is some INSPO for this look:
This sweater is the essence of fall toddler fashion. It’s cozy, looks nice, and your toddler can secretly wear their favorite character shirt under it and no one will know.
These linen pants are so versatile! They are long but light which makes them usable for MOST of the year. They are unisex, can be dressed up or dressed down, and are super comfy. All around excellent toddler fashion idea
